This new documents section is intended for new jumpers, as well as our more experienced members with little or no experience in parachute packing.
It is a series of manuals and intended to give a broad overview of the main parachute canopy and some very good instructions and guidleines on how to correctly assemble and pack whichever parachute system you are cyrrently using.
The contents of these manuals are based on information in effect at the time of their publication and are subject to change without notice.
While most round parachute systems pack up much the same, there are always a few differences involved. The MC1 series are almost identical, as is the SET-10 system, while the SF-10 parachute has a few quirks that set it apart from the others. These guides are not intended to replace qualified, competent instruction by experienced jumpers and riggers. However when in doubt - ASK FOR HELP!
Always remember: the sky, even more than the sea, is unforgiving of the slightest mistake. Never assume anything when it comes to safety!
